It is an acidic flux with brown circular particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). It can be used for both AC and DC welding. When welding with DC, the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode, and the current can reach 1000A. The arc combustion is stable, slag removal is easy, and the weld seam is beautiful. It has strong anti porosity ability and is not sensitive to small amounts of rust, oxide scale, etc.
Usage: With appropriate welding wires such as H08A, H08MnA, H08MnMoA, etc., it can weld low carbon steel and certain low alloy steel (16Mn, 15MnV, etc.) structures, such as boilers, ships, pressure vessels, etc. Can be used for multi wire rapid welding, with a welding speed of up to 110m/h. Especially suitable for double-sided single pass welding.
