Explanation: SJ641 is an alkaline sintering flux used for welding austenitic stainless steel, with gray white particles and a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). Adopting DC power supply, welding wire connected to positive electrode, stable arc, easy slag removal, beautiful weld formation, also suitable for welding of titanium containing stainless steel.
Usage: Used in conjunction with austenitic stainless steel welding wires such as H0Cr21Nil0, H0Cr21Nil0Ti, H0Cr20Nil0Nb, etc., it can weld austenitic stainless steel and corresponding grades of low-temperature marine structures and corresponding acid resistant stainless steel structures.
