Explanation: HJ107 is a smelting type manganese free silicon fluorine flux, which is blue gray to dark gray pumice like, with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). Using a DC power supply and welding wire connected to the positive electrode, the welding process has shallow melting depth, stable arc, easy slag removal, and beautiful weld formation. When welding austenitic stainless steel, it has the characteristics of less carbonization and less chromium burning loss.
Usage: Used in conjunction with austenitic stainless steel welding wires or strips such as H0Cr21Ni10, H0Cr20Ni10Ti, H00Cr24Ni12Nb, H0Cr16Mn16 for surfacing or welding. It can be used for corrosion-resistant layer surfacing and component welding in petrochemical equipment, as well as for surfacing or repair welding of high manganese steel.
