Explanation: SJ226 is a sintered flux for austenitic ferritic duplex stainless steel strip submerged arc welding, with a particle size of 10~60 mesh. Adopting DC reverse connection, the arc combustion is stable, slag removal is easy, the forming is beautiful, and the ripples are delicate and uniform during the welding process. The transition flux of Cr, Ni and other alloys has the characteristics of low chromium burning loss and no carbonization.
