Explanation: SJ606 is a sintered flux for ultra-low carbon stainless steel strip submerged arc welding, with gray white circular particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). Using DC power for welding, the arc is stable, slag removal is easy, the weld seam is aesthetically pleasing, and the deposited metal has good resistance to intergranular corrosion.
Usage: This flux is compatible with 308L and 309L welding strips for surfacing, and can be used for high-pressure heaters in petrochemical vessels and nuclear power units. It can also be used for polar surfacing of inner walls of nuclear power evaporators, stabilizers, pressure shells, etc. that require corrosion-resistant lining.
