Explanation: SJ609S is a sintered flux specifically designed for duplex stainless steel, with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). Using DC power supply, welding wire connected to the positive electrode, stable arc, easy slag removal, and beautiful weld formation. Strong anti pitting ability after welding and low loss rate after pitting.
Usage: Used in conjunction with corresponding duplex stainless steel welding wire such as H2209, it can weld duplex stainless steel. Low carbon and ultra-low carbon stainless steel structures can also be welded with welding wires such as H0Cr21Ni10 and H00Cr21Ni10.
