Explanation: SJ81M is a nickel based buried arc welding flux with a particle size of 10~60 mesh. Can be used for both AC and DC, and DC reverse connection is used for DC welding. The welding process has excellent performance, good crack resistance, stable welding process, smooth and even weld surface, good fusion, and the molten metal has high strength and strong corrosion resistance, including resistance to pitting corrosion, crack corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in polysulfide media.
Purpose: Suitable for surface welding of Inconel625 alloy on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials with welding strips (such as HDNi625).
